Return & Refund Policy – Nova Markett

At Nova Markett, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Payment Method (Cash on Delivery – COD)

Nova Markett operates primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Customers are required to pay for their order upon delivery, after checking the product.

2. Free Delivery & Shipping

  • Free delivery is available in major capital cities.

  • Free shipping applies to all eligible locations covered by our logistics partners.

3. Order Verification at Delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Check the product’s condition and conformity at the time of delivery.

  • Refuse the package immediately if the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Once the product is accepted and payment is made, it is considered delivered in good condition.

4. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective.

  • The product does not match the order (wrong item).

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 24 hours after delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Products returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer at delivery will not be accepted.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

6. Refund Policy

Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) system:

  • No cash refunds are issued after payment.

  • In case of an approved return, the customer will receive:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A store credit to be used on a future purchase.

The solution offered will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer:

  • Is unreachable,

  • Refuses the order without valid reason,

  • Provides incorrect delivery information,

Nova Markett reserves the right to:

  • Cancel future COD orders from the same customer.

  • Require prepayment for future purchases.
